New from InSTEP for 2007: The InStep Run Around LTD is now available in New Colors. The InSTEP Run Around LTD is the mid-range jogging strolller in InSTEP's affordable line of single, fixed-wheel joggers. Built on the same basic frame as the Schwinn Free Runner , the InSTEP Run Around LTD offers features like a large underside basket, steel-spoke wheels (instead of the plastic hubs of the Run Around ), a parent-console for drinks and other items, and a rear-wheel suspension system that will minimize your child's discomfort . . . all for only about $20 more than the Run Around. The handbrake, 5-point harness and tether strap provide additional safety. Bottom Line : Like the InSTEP Run Around, the Instep Run Around LTD is a "bare-essentials" jogging stroller: a lightweight, stripped down design for parents who want to maintain a healthy lifestyle but would prefer not to damage their pockets. The biggest drawback of the Run Around and Run Around LTD is their steel frame and wheels. While quite hardy, steel components weigh more than aluminum and tend to rust over time.
