The top side is textured and contoured to grip the bottom of a shoe so that the userfts foot is secure during a workout. The bottom side is smooth and contoured so that the user can pedal barefoot. The pedals are designed to fit up to a size 13 manfts shoe size comfortably. The strap adjusts easily with one touch. Also includes an extra wide seat that has thick, extra soft foam padding and adjusts easily both up and down, forward and back to accomodate body sizes. The handlebars have a soft tactile surface that contours to your fingers, plus built-in pulse sensors for a continuous heart information. Features 8 levels of magnetic resistance. The front wheels allow for easy transport. Features 9 smart interval programs and 1 manual program. The 2 heart rate programs respond to the userfts heart rate.
