We are pleased to offer this unique selection of Aqua Perfecta Kaffir Lime Vodka as an exclusive in our wine program. Made by Master Distiller Jorg Rupf at the St. George Distillery in California, this lime vodka was distilled by hand, using a tiny Alsatian pot still. Bottled especially for Lionstone under the Aqua Perfecta label, Rupf crafted this selection from midwestern wheat vodka and macerated it with Kaffir limes and leaves. The Kaffir lime, which is an exotic cultivar native to Indonesia, is small and knobbly, with little interior fruit, but the rind and pith have rich and exotic flavor. The Aqua Perfecta Vodka is perfect for making cocktails such as Martinis, Gimlets, Bloody Marys and of course Vodka Tonics. It is also wonderful when served chilled and neat.
