Secured user control is provided via 802.1x security using a RADIUS authentication mechanism and MD5 encryption. With priority queues and Weighted Round Robin scheduling techniques it facilitates efficient co-existence of real-time traffic like voice and video with data traffic, allowing them each to meet their QoS needs. Link aggregation allows multiple high-bandwidth trunks between switches to be setup and this enables the system to operate even if one of the links breaks.
