This shampoo is particularly effective for normal to oily hair. It adds incredible shine and cleans thoroughly -- removing synthetic residues without stripping hair of its natural oils. Shikakai extract is the primary sudsing and cleansing agent and is therefore a true alternative to other cleansers. If you have problems with detergent-based shampoos -- try this formula. It has a low pH, is mild & gentle enough to use every day. Not recommended if your hair is overly dry or has been chemically treated or damaged in any way.pH balanced at 5.5. Contains no animal by-products.
