Zones customers beware!
I purchased a Dell laptop from Zones and the dealbreaker for me was to receive the highest resolution screen available for my D830 Latitude. What I received was the lowest/standard screen yet I paid for the nice one. Now, you'd think Zones would allow me to return the laptop no problem, right? Unfortunately no. Unfortunately no if you can believe it. So if you order item A, but get item B, Zones does not feel responsible to allow a return - amazing. I plan on never doing business with Zones again, and encourage all others to beware. [forced to sell my new laptop online at a huge loss] |
